Must be nice walking by without a care about what is going on around you, how things work, or what's going to happen...look at them...they're idiots! Why does Halzapher even want me to study these infernal monkeys!? The only good they bring is their own conductive energy"

-Warlocks are known for their arcane magic and their dark mysterious capabilities. Living a life away from other beings, Victor tends to shut himself in his steel vaulted hideout away from distractions to continue his research on the paranormal and his studies on the celestial plane. His research and tinkering keeps him occupied for most of his time when he's not taking trips up top to gather resources, hack security cameras and databases to gather information on human beings and recent abnormal events occurring around town.

-Victor worships Halzapher The Desolate which resides on the Celestial plane. Due to being born under worship, Victor has grown similar features to Halzapher such as his demonic ruined wings, long sharp claws, and the iconic slivering tail. Because of his inhuman features, Victor works to hide as many features as possible through his Magic of Illusion and clothing when out in the open. Because of Victor's Devotion to Halzapher, he has lightning coursing through his veins and tail.
